Supply Chain Coordinator

ICT company located in Jal El Dib is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator:

1. Issue quotation to customers and receive the related purchase orders accordingly.2. Give instructions to order processing team within the supply chain department to place the orders with suppliers.3. Follow up with order processing team to make sure orders are booked on time with confirmation4. Follow up and make sure that goods will leave supplier factory at the initial planned shipment dates.5. Make sure to receive the related packing list and check its content accordingly.6. Validate all the content of Supplier Invoices 7. Launch the inspection before shipment with inspection offices. 8. Receive shipping documents from order processing Team or supplier forwarders and check their content accordingly.9. Provide clear and accurate shipping instructions when shipment handed over by supplier to our forwarder. 10. Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices and shipping documents

Requirements and skills:

11. Bachelor’s degree in business administration12. 1 to 2 years of experience13. Attention to detail.14. Follow up.15. Fluent in Arabic, French and English
