Operation Support Officer

ICT company located in Jal El Dib is looking for an Operation Support Officer:

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Organize and coordinates orders:

• Orders placement and follow up.
• SKUs data creation on systems

1. Database administration:

• Accurately input data into various systems and databases
• Pricelists dispatching and distribution.

1. General Administrative Support:

• Provide general administrative support to team members and management.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

1. Manage Communication:

• Route general incoming and outgoing sales emails, sales calls, and other forms of communication.
• Prioritize and redirect communications to the appropriate individuals or departments.

1. Vendor Support

• Handle with suppliers all kinds of claims, rebates, and marketing requests.
• Organize dashboards for suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of suppliers interactions and agreements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support program goals.
• Address and resolve vendor-related issues promptly.

Requirements and skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
2. Fluent in English, French is a plus.
3. 0-4 years experience, previous experience in operations, logistics or administrative roles is a major plus.
4. Time management, Attention to Detail, Problem-solving, Teamwork and Analytical Thinking
